OUR SERVICES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

Selective interior and exterior demolition of finishes including walls, floors, ceilings, casework/millwork, MEP fixtures, structural components, slabs, exterior elements and other appurtenances.

Raze/Wreck building structures including the slab and building foundations or demolish down to the slab.

Excavation and trenching for foundations, tanks, plumbing and mechanical equipment, conduit for electrical, water and gas lines, grease interceptors, etc.

Grading and resurfacing

 Core drill to make openings for plumbing, electrical and HVAC installations as well as sawcut asphalt and concrete for openings and trenches. 

Mold remediation in areas affected by water damage and moisture problems.  Our team will contain affected areas during mold removal and provide assurance that the air is being filtered and clean air is provided through a 2,000 CFM Negative Air Machine (NAM).

EEI can also provide indoor air quality analysis from an EPA approved independent lab for better air quality and a peace of mind.

Asbestos Abatement of friable and non-friable materials including TSI and surfacing materials, floor tile and mastic, sidings, and all other asbestos containing building materials and contaminated soils.

Backfilling trenches and openings with appropriate aggregate and pour concrete or asphalt to match existing.
